Afschrijfscherm weer in gebruik

Beste roeiers,

Goed nieuws! Het elektronische afschrijfscherm in de loods is weer beschikbaar. Dankzij de inspanningen van Jesse (bootsman) en Arno (IT) kun je weer in één oogopslag zien welke boten zijn afgeschreven en welke roeiers nog op het water zijn.

Wij vragen iedereen om, wanneer je denkt dat je de laatste bent die het terrein verlaat, eerst op het afschrijfscherm te controleren of er nog boten terug moeten komen.

Zijn alle boten binnen? Dan verzoeken we je om:

• alle deuren van de loodsen af te sluiten;
• ook de skiffloods af te sluiten (de sleutel hangt links om de hoek van de eerste loods);
• te controleren of boven alle ramen en deuren gesloten zijn, waaronder die van de ergoruimte en de balkondeuren van de sociëteit;
• de verlichting uit te schakelen.

Belangrijk: schrijf een boot altijd correct af. Wanneer een boot niet is afgeschreven, kan het lijken alsof er nog roeiers op het water zijn. Hierdoor kunnen andere leden onnodig wachten of voor een gesloten deur komen te staan.

Heb je schade gevaren? Noteer dit dan altijd in het schadeboek. Dit vind je in de blauwe map onder het afschrijfscherm.

Dear rowers,

Good news, the electronic boat registration screen is available again. Thanks to Jesse (Boathouse Manager) and Arno (IT), you can once again see at a glance which boats are signed out and which rowers are still on the water.

If you think you may be the last person leaving the club, please always check the registration screen to see whether any boats are still expected back.

If all boats have returned, please:

• lock all boathouse doors;
• lock the skiff boathouse as well (the key is located around the corner to the left of the first boathouse);
• check that all upstairs windows and doors are closed, including those of the ergometer room and the clubhouse balcony;
• switch off the lights before leaving.

Important: always sign your boat back in. If a boat is not properly registered, it may appear that rowers are still on the water, causing unnecessary confusion or inconvenience.

If any damage has occurred, please record it in the damage logbook, located in the blue folder underneath the registration screen.

Are you the last rower? Check the electronic boat registration screen to see whether any boats are still on the water. If not, lock all doors and switch off the lights, including those upstairs.
